Your first payment is the Reservation Deposit of two nights rent or 10% (to hold the unit) and a second payment of the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: While on hold, deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation is received at least 60 days prior to arrival, all funds, other than deposit, will be returned. If we can re-book at same rate and period, we’re happy to return all funds less commissions/fees. If you are not able to stay during the scheduled period, please call so we can try to book with another guest.

Keys: Obtained at the Destination Resorts office located at The Shops of Wailea. The address is 3750 Wailea Alanui Drive lower level (just below the Louis Vuitton building). Please give Destination Resorts an imprint of a credit card for any incidentals. For late check-in, go to the same location, and security will provide keys - use the phone by the door. 

Check-in/out- First at Destination Resorts to obtain keys, then the front desk of the Polo Beach Club homeowner association site office to pickup parking permit and other information. If you arrive on Sunday or after 5pm, you can check-in at the association office the next morning, (phone will be activated prior to your arrival). Please keep and leave the unit in good, clean, sanitary condition, turn off fans and air conditioner, and lock doors. Please adhere to the check-in/out times so as not to disrupt another guest's arrangements. Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. We pre-arrange to have the units professionally cleaned before & after your stay. Consequently, early check-ins and late check-outs result in an additional days billing. Please leave keys in unit upon check-out. We hope you enjoy your stay at our non-smoking property.

Terms & Conditions: Guest(s) agrees to house rules. Following parties are not responsible/liable for certain events, and guest agrees to indemnify, defend, protect, and hold harmless (1) the owner of the condominium unit in which the guests will reside, or (2) Destination Resorts, or (3) the condominium association within which the unit is located, against all claims, causes of action, demands, liabilities, damages, or costs including attorney fees arising out of or relating to any personal injury or death suffered by the Guest or by a member of his party or guest, or for any loss or damage of property of said Guest, member of guest's party, nor for any claims relating to use of the property. Owner reserves right to refuse/cancel bookings. $100 reservation change / damage administration fee may apply. New confirmation supercedes old. Verbal reservation change requests are ok if approved in writing (fax, email) from owner. Our rates reflect the fact that some units may occasionally do maintenance and remodeling nearby. Rate includes complimentary cleaning before, after and daily throughout your stay.
