3.)  Click here to pay your deposit (2-nights rent) with E-Check (tm) and we will deduct $100/unit from your total when we send you the confirmation. (Saves us the time of phone calls). Optionally, you can fax a check to: (8 3 1) 4 2 6 - 0 6 1 1.  ie: If your rate is $430/night, the deposit would be $860.

That's it!

When you receive your confirmation, your total cost will be the rate multiplied by the number of nights less a 10% discount for our return guests (holiday weeks excluded); or 5% discount if booking with-in the 30 days prior to arrival. Also deduct $100 off your total for using this on-line process, and finally add the 11.42% Hawaii State Accommodation Tax.

For example: 10 nights at $430/night = $4300.  Less 10% (if applicable) = $4257. Less $100 = $4157. Plus 11.42% tax = $4687.44.

We will contact you with a confirmation and address to send the balance of funds. If there is a "simultaneous" or recent booking that is not reflected in our chart, we will try to accommodate you or refund your funds. (By using this process we don't have to be involved with the booking/deposit process and therefore the savings. If you DO need us to book, no problem, just contact us at (800) 486-2667 and we're happy to help - although we can't offer the $100 savings then.) If more than one booking occurs at about the same time, the booking that used E-Check first will take precedence. 5-night minimum booking for $100 discount.
